The Finance Committee of the C.O.A.L.S. Student Council plays a vital role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the council. Led by the Vice President of Finance, the committee is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the yearly budgets for all council committees. Additionally, the Finance Committee administers the Student Organization Grant process, coordinates the annual Student Scholarship program, and supports the financial needs of the bi-annual AGLS Career Fair, one of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences’ cornerstone events. Through careful planning and oversight, the Finance Committee ensures the fiscal health and sustainability of the council’s initiatives and events.
AGLS Career Fair
The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Career Fair brings together dozens of leading companies and hundreds of Aggie students. Representatives will be sharing employment information and interviewing prospective employees. Students will have the opportunity to find internships, look at future career paths, and maybe even land a job! It’s a great event! Plan now to participate.
