The Leadership Committee of C.O.A.L.S. Council is dedicated to fostering organization, communication, and celebration within the council and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Leadership, the committee assists in managing meeting agendas, minutes, attendance records, and council communications. The Leadership Committee also plays a key role in planning and coordinating high-profile events, including the C.O.A.L.S. Student Leadership Celebration and the C.O.A.L.S. Address, as well as facilitating meetings with the Vice Chancellor and Dean. Through its efforts, the Leadership Committee ensures effective leadership and collaboration across the council and the broader C.O.A.L.S. community.
