Service

The Service Committee of C.O.A.L.S. Council is dedicated to organizing and facilitating community service initiatives that benefit the council, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and the broader Bryan/College Station community. Led by the Vice President of Service, the committee coordinates service events, including internal activities and broader outreach projects. Notable efforts include collecting canned goods at the C.O.A.L.S. Student Leadership Celebration, hosting a school supply drive at the start of the academic year, and organizing finals coffee bars where students can enjoy free coffee during finals week. Through these initiatives, the Service Committee fosters a culture of giving and connection within the college and its surrounding community.
