Career closets
If you are unable to aquire attire that fits the dress code, Texas A&M students have access to two excellent resources for professional attire:
AGLS Career Closet
The AGLS Career Closet, located in AGLS 517, provides students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences with up to five professional clothing items per semester at no cost. Available items include suits, blazers, dress shirts, slacks, skirts and ties.
To schedule an appointment, email cc-agls@tamu.edu with your name, major, expected graduation date and details about the event you are preparing for. An active HireAggies account with an uploaded resume is required prior to your appointment. All items are free to keep though students are welcome to return any pieces they no longer need. Early scheduling is encouraged due to limited inventory.
MSC Career Closet
The MSC Career Closet, located in Room L428 of the Memorial Student Center, is open to all Texas A&M students. This service allows students to borrow professional attire such as suits and business formal wear for interviews, career fairs and presentations.
Standard hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with extended hours available during high-demand seasons.
